Technical Professional Career College (TPCC) is a nonprofit training institution whose primary service is to provide technical training and employment opportunities for individuals pursuing careers in building and technical fields. Graduating students will find well-paying careers as paraprofessionals to architects, landscape architects, civil architects, mechanical and electrical engineers, construction contractors, and utility technicians. In addition, all programs are concentrated in learning opportunities including technical computer programs.

TPCC's expedited and focused curriculum in computer aided drafting (CAD), computer networking, computer operations, computer technician, optical networking, office administration, and construction management assistance, ensure graduates accelerated employment in areas relative to the professional building industry. These programs involve office stimulation with real-world job experience as assignments. Therefore, TPCC's program is one of a kind and is different from any other vocational institution.
